Liked: Hard to say when my reservation was canceled. The front desk staff tried somewhat to be helpful but gave excuse that she was new to the location/position. Apparently no other staff available to assist her.
Disliked: Everything! My reservation was canceled by the hotel due to Booking.com overbooking reservations for their location. The hotel was completely booked up no availability at all. The staff didn't offer nor when asked know any affiliated locations they could call the see about availability. When I called Booking.com, the agent (Hannah) ended up hanging up on me due to "technical difficulties" and did not attempt to reach back out. I attempted to reach back out again, this agent (Chris) only offered for me to wait for an email response and informed me that if I could find another hotel, Booking.com would pay the difference if any in price increase. After stating this, he then retracted what he said and stated I would have to pay the full cost up front and then wait for a reimbursement. What he failed to mention was they would only reimburse a small portion of the cost. They did not offer or attempt to find a location for me, everything was put back on me to complete. Also, when I arrived at the hotel there was another person there dealing with the same situation I was due to having booked the reservation through Booking.com.

Disliked: The manager called me just a couple of hours before my reservation letting me know that booking.com overbooked our stay. That’s complete bullshit. What really happened is they sold our reservation for the cotton bowl game at a higher price. My boyfriend and I were out a hotel because of this bull shit. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Disliked: The sheets were stained, the floors were sticky, the staff was indifferent, and there was an extra fee to use the dishes.

Disliked: I understand it’s affordable but that doesn’t mean it needs to be half cleaned / rooms can’t be fixed . I only stayed here bc other hotels near by was fully booked and it was last minute. The bathroom and bedroom didn’t even smell or feel clean , I luckily brought my own blanket and pillow bc the room only had a sheet , the bathroom towels had hair in them as well as the shower . So ladies this is not for us this is a man’s hotel that just needs a place to sleep .
