I was very happy with the check in staff - quick. Will be staying there again next year.

Bad pest problem everywhere in...

Liked: No breakfast offered, The place is infested with roaches, hallway and elevator always stink!
Disliked: They need to get rid of they're cockroach infestation badly! No little shampoos, bodywash or handsoap or extra towels or extra toilet paper in rooms. Pretty much you buy everything yourself. Also no blankets offered only sheets!

Terribly disgusting and non trustworthy...

Liked: It has a full size fridge but very small microwave. No hand soap or complementary soap in bathrooms.
Disliked: I was charged twice for 1 night, I asked the people was I charged twice they said no I get upstairs and I call my bank I was infact charged twice the lady claimed I wasn't charged twice. That means I was charged 140$ for 1 night here. They have no recognition of the second charge downstairs and i think they are pocketing the money, its all trashy looking staff who were rude, and my back now refuses to reimburse me. 80 extra dollars is a lot of money And that is well under worth it. They don't give u hand soap in the bathrooms and the beds are just ok. The office staff is untrustworthy and ghetto looking. After reading about drug activity on the premises I would not be staying here and I left.
