I was very happy with the check in staff - quick. Will be staying there again next year.

Awful will never go back

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Everything. Very dirty. There were roaches. Horrible smell throughout the whole building. I was provided no towels or a blanket on my bed. I booked the stay for 6 nights and left on my 4th night there. There was no hot water for the last 2 night of my stay i was unable to shower. They ladies at the front desk were very unhelpful and refused to refund any of my stay regardless of the unacceptable conditions.

Worst ever, I don’t know...

Liked: I had to look at three different rooms, the first one was covered in roaches. The second room smelled of dog. Urine had cracks in the wall missing paint on the wall and no television in the room. The third room had a big hole in the tub, gigantic scraps across the inner bathroom wall and there was no bathroom door and the circuit breakers which had to be flipped for the refrigerator to stay on as well as the air conditioner. I ended up getting a refund and spending two days in my truck with my children.
Disliked: The roaches, the smell of the facility the people hanging outside the missing pieces of ceiling the fact that I had to go to three different rooms only to be left with a room with no bathroom door a non-functioning, refrigerator and air conditioning unit and as soon as you turn off the lights, the roaches come running out.

Liked: The woman at check in was very nice and gave a lot of information. It was a very cheap hotel just to have somewhere to lay down for a few hours before getting back on the road.
Disliked: The tv in the room did not work. The toilet ran constantly. The ac in the room did not turn on. The bed was very uncomfortable due to the mattress and having springs in your back. Hair from another person was in the sheets and towels, I slept on a personal blanket of mine. I paid $55 which is exactly what I received in quality. I shouldn’t have expected anything more than what the place turned out to be. I’m grateful that I only needed a place to lay my head for a very short amount of time because I did not stay the full night. I was very uncomfortable and even outside of the room, the hotel is very sketchy.
