The rooms were dirty and...

Liked: Outside looked nice
Disliked: Very dirty inside, room cleaned every 2 weeks according to staff. I had to get my own towels at the service counter, several cockroaches in the rooms. Floors were filthy. Cannot walk on floors in room without getting dirty socks. Tenant below constantly calling and banging on the floor .

Close to Charlotte Motor Speedway...

Liked: Front desk was always helpful and friendly. Not only did he take time to let me look at the room before I checked in, they quickly took acre of a problem we were having with the tv. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Ran down to Dollar Tree and bought supplies for kitchen- there is stove, fridge, micro so I needed cups, silverware, coffee pot, ect

Liked: no one at desk spent 45 min on phone with someone no signs to tell you what to do to get your room key
Disliked: beds and bathrooms was super nice

Location and price are great,...

Liked: It was a last minute booking when my area hotels were full. The location is great for restaurants and activities. The Speedway has a holiday light show, that would be fun for a family. I felt safe, and the room was modern.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a more dynamic lobby, and a 24 hr front desk. The room was simple and clean, but the bed was awful and you need way more pillows. The parking spots are too small, and coffee would be a nice basic touch.

Won't stay there again

Liked: Location was good. No breakfast was offered
Disliked: Would give any towels. We had 4 people in the room and were given 3 towels to last 5 days
