It’s just what I needed

Liked: The service at Woodsprings suites is excellent. They take care of every one of your needs and always attendant when needed.
Disliked: Property is somewhat secluded away from the rest of the hotels and a busyness

Would not stay there again

Disliked: Guy behind the desk. Was there for 3 weeks and they never cleaned the room

Disliked: They sold everything, the staff overcharged the card, they try to make seem like I was a liar and I was hiding a pet when I was hold the pet right in front of them

My stay in the city...

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel before and was familiar with the location. The last stay was fine. Quiet, not a lot of traffic and the smell was neutral. Not bad, not great. Rooms were clean and staff great!
Disliked: This stay, there was a lot more traffic at the hotel. The first issue was the strong smell of marijuana in and around the elevator. Second, the non-smoking room I asked for also had a strong smell of marijuana, making it almost impossible to sleep that night. The following morning I asked for a different room, which was given. The smell was better, but there were repairs that need to be made to the room. Missing doors & drawers in the furniture. The door to the hallway would not lock by just closing it. It had to be closed 4, 5 or 6 times before it would lock coming in and going out. While the staff was friendly and eager to help, they should not have to address these problems in the first place. I question weather I'll use this hotel in the future.
