Room was not clean, and...

Liked: Location was great. I live about 3 miles from this location, and just needed a break from a neighbor that has been causing problems. Thankfully he is moving so that problem is going away, but I just needed a little break from him.
Disliked: 1 I was given the key card to my room at shortly after 3pm. When I went to my room to drop off my bag and adjust the temp before going back out to do some other things, I found a room that had not been cleaned yet. There was a wet wash cloth wadded up on the bathroom sink, and the bed looked like someone had just gotten out of it. I took pictures and went back to the front desk. I attempted to show the AA lady at the front desk the pictures so she could see what the problem was and she got an attitude with me. I said if you have another room that is clean I could just switch to that room...agian I got attitude back saying if I had not tried to get an attitude with her that she could have been more co-operative from the start. Again I tried to suggest just giving me another room, but got more attitude back, so I just said give me my money back and canceled the room. If for some reason I have a need for a room for a little break in the future I will not bother to look at staying at this location ever again. The woman at the front desk should never have that position at any hotel.
