Good stay, facilities are basic...

Liked: Location was great and for Norfolk it was reasonably priced

To many big dogs

Liked: Too many dog stay and ppl dont know how to control their dogs

Did not ended staying.

Liked: Nothing it was awful, dirty, smelly, smelled they were smoking pot.
Disliked: When I got there the room I booked with 2 beds was not available, they only had a one bed room and was awful.

Horrible

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: No pillows or clean towels. A lot of noise and people fighting outside. I ended up leaving at 3am to another hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff up front are absolutely exceptional definitely would consider this a business with a heart.
Disliked: I do believe the grounds could be a little cleaner with less litter, need some more outdoor trash receptacles.

Liked: It was not that far from the place I was going
Disliked: The room was cold no heat the first night
