No desk agent at night

Disliked: I didn't like that I made a reservation and let them know on the website (when booking) that I wasn't arriving til between 11pm-12am and when I arrived; there was no one at the desk to check me in. I called the customer service number and spoke to a supervisor whom was trying to get in contact with the desk agent (with no luck). I was on hold for over 30 minutes with said supervisor, whom eventually hung up on me. This hotel is very UNprofessional!!

Liked: Nothing there was no one there to check us in so we went to another hotel
Disliked: There was no one there to check us in so we had to go to another hotel

Disliked: Rooms were terrible sick smelling

Disappointing

Liked: Fire alarm went off two nights we were there. Constantly smelled weed, dogs barking. It was our responsibility to bring down the dirty linen & clean our own room? Which is mind blowing, but they said this is not your normal hotel, which to me was an excuse for them to not do their job.
Disliked: The laziness.

Disliked: Dirty, loud, smelled horrible, staff was horrible…seemed like a one night stand kind of a place. Did not feel safe
