Disliked: I would have liked to have Netflix and YouTube.

Disliked: The lady at the desk swiped my card to many times and locked my card to where I couldn't use it anymore till I went to the bank, this was Friday night after I got off work (so you can tell how frustrated i was) and to make things worse not all banks are open on Saturdays and there was a holiday on Monday i had no where else to go at that time of night I asked to cancel the visit but here I get an email today 10-13-24 about how was my stay there. I'm not rich I need every single penny I get.

Disliked: Animals allowed, so you can still smell it.

Disliked: We only stayed one night so it would’ve been nice if they provided bathroom supplies.

Where we needed it near...

Liked: Very comfortable bed and large room. Full sized refrigerator and cooktop. Good coffee bar in lobby.Front desk clerk was wonderful.
Disliked: odd things...like no hand towels, didn't know it was an extended stay hotel, no ice machine (ice trays were there but not filled- not good for travelers), no breakfast.

Very good

Liked: Very clean rooms and easy access. My wife is disabled and accessing the room was quick and easy. Not a lot of traffic around the facility; very quiet around. This was a VERY pleasant aspect. In a very nice office complex area (quite pretty!). Provided quick, convenient access to Boulder.
Disliked: The ceiling was paper-thin, and we heard people above us throughout the night. The front desk closed at 10 p.m. and we were not able to alert them to this problem. But once we were asleep, everything was good. The desk staff was very nice.
