Disliked: That they never asked if I had a dog, booked the room for just for the fact that the listing said pet friendly. We had the room for about 5 of our 7 day stay before anyone said anything about him being with us. Said he needed to be a registered service dog or I would have to pay a non refundable pet deposit of 250, yet was posted PET FRIENDLY. The office worker and someone else cornered my husband in the elevator, pointing at his face, and straight pestered him about the dog and if we paid for him to be there. VERY unprofessional. Made him so uncomfortable it wasn't even okay. Then when I left work, missing a day to take care of this, she said "I'm not gonna be a bitch and make y'all leave tonight, I'll deal with my managers shit tomorrow about it." Did not make me feel comfortable enough to stay that night so we packed our stuff and we left. Cockroaches and bugs in the bathroom.None of the usual accommodations of any hotel/motel/extended stay. Had to pay for coffee maker and coffee.Couldn't log into the wifi, and only one device per room OR pay 9.99 for three devices to be hooked to it.This was all reported to corporate, I'm supposed to get a refund. Still waiting.
