Liked: The staff was great. Especially the morning clerk Kizzie. The beds were very soft and comfortable but overall the place is a bit run down and can use a lot of cleaning. The door to our room was hard to get into. The check in progress was long and it had us a bit late for the event that we were attending. The water in the shower did not get hot, and there was only enough towels in the bathroom for 2 guest when the reservation was for 4. I personally will never stay at this facility again because it definitely didn't meet my expectations. But again, Ms. Kizzie was an amazing clerk, very kind, very friendly, very welcoming
Disliked: The bathroom!!!!!!!! And there were a few roaches spotted within the bathroom and kitchen area

Ghosted by hotel staff after...

Liked: Nothing. I called TWICE during my 10 hour drive from Tennessee to let them know I was on the way and would arrive around 11pm. I first call around 3:30pm and the lady on the phone said “No one’s going to be here, let me ask my manager.” .. I waited on hold… Lady finally came back and said “ just call the number on the phone in the waiting area and someone will unlock the door and check you in in 20min.” I called again around 10:20pm and told them I would be there in 30min. I arrived and called the phone, no one answered. I had to call the main front desk number and the lady answered and said she was in a shift change and it would be 30 min. An HOUR passed and the lady was leaving for the night and I stopped her and said “is someone going to check me in now??” And she replied “sorry no one is here and I don’t know where she is. She should be on the way.” IT TOOK ME 3 HOURS TO FIND A NEW HOTEL BC THE BOWLING CONVENTION IN TOWN SOLD EVERYTHING OUT. I had to stay at a $300 per night hotel bc of this. Not to mention there was a disturbance call during my hour wait and the place was surrounded by three different cop cars blocking the entrance. I will NEVER book a stay at a wood springs hotel again. I got no call from the manager or anything apologizing for this. This place is appalling and I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Lost so much money bc of this and caused my dog anxiety for having to be in the car for an extra three hours on top of the ten hour drive. Y’all should be ashamed for this business
