I enjoyed my satay but...

Liked: It had a nice layout .
Disliked: They had a few cleanliness issues but it wasn’t terrible.

Liked: Disliked the fact in order to check-in I had to give them a bank card (even tho I payed in advance) and they wouldn’t take my Chime card (the card I used to pay for my stay) but luckily the person I was with had a card from Wells Fargo. If I wasn’t with that person, I would’ve had to pay an extra $200+ fee because my card was not one of the cards they accept to check-in even though I get direct deposits to this card, had money on it, etc. I was not warned about this. It makes no sense to me because I paid in advance gave them my ID so what is the importance of giving them a card?

Liked: I expected not very clean with the price I paid though I booked so late I had an option to pick a room out of two that best would suit me and I very much appreciated that. This is a 10/10 I will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
Disliked: There’s nothing I had a problem with.

Passable

Liked: The staff were very professional and polite.
Disliked: The phone didn't work when I tried calling the front desk. The charging port on the lamp did not work. The room smelled like an old people's housing or senior center.

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: No elevator. Broken the entire time. At 70 years old, I had to walk up 2 flights of steps with all my bags. Bed was like sleeping on cement.

Exceptional

Liked: The location is fine. Staff is good . No attitude they truly care .
Disliked: Elevator working

Will not book with them...

Disliked: The elevator was broken and I was told it has been broken for a while. I was asked to walk up 3 flights of stairs. I couldn't walk up the stairs so I left to go back home.
