Last minute cancelation!
Disliked: I got a call the DAY I was supposed to check in only to tell me that they had canceled my reservation because of since random plumbing issue. When I inquired further, she couldn't tell me anything about it. Smells like BS to me...

It was false advertising indicating...
Liked: The entire unit was very clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.
Disliked: It is imperative that we have access to WiFi and we were never ever able to connect.The company by which this hotel contracts with is a company that just is trying to steal your money. We have been traveling for six months straight and have never had this difficulty accessing WiFi. When we called the front desk they had some canned answer that "maybe ALL phones do not work compatibly with the company that provides WiFi" This was unacceptable.

NOT PET FRIENDLY AND FRAUDULENT...
Disliked: Chose this hotel with the filter “pet friendly” because I’m traveling with my cat (relocating from California to Texas, which is a 4-day drive), and it was basically my only criteria (I also always choose the free cancellation option). After booking on March 1st (for a stay 3 weeks later), I messaged the property through the app twice to let them know that I was traveling with my cat, and to ask if there was an extra fee (which is fine, I just wanted to know). Both my messages were left without response, so I assumed there was no issue and no extra pet fee. While on the road 2 hours away the day of my arrival, I called them to request if possible a room downstairs because it would be more practical with my cat, and the lady stopped me when I said cat and responded “You said cat? We don’t accept cats so you can’t come here” to which I replied that I chose their hotel BECAUSE they were pet friendly. She responded “we are only pet friendly for dogs, you have to find somewhere else to go.” Mind you they had already charged my card and it was now past the free cancellation deadline, and when I asked for a full refund, she said there was nothing she could do and that her managers were not there. Two days later I still haven’t heard from the managers or received a refund, this is outrageous and such bad customer service.
