Liked: The bathroom was nice, if basic. The towels were quite good. The hotel is located in a new'ish area close to the airport, with numerous food outlets. Staff, especially the house maids work very hard and do a great job. Many residents are long term, weekly, monthly, and much longer. Laundry was very good.
Disliked: Blind louver was broken so the room was either dark or fully open, so no privacy. This problem was with other rooms also, so it seems the owners are in no hurry to fix this. The sheets were OK quality, the fridge didn't get cold, the freezer was icing up, only 1 element worked on the cooktop (the other knob was broken), the AC was VERY loud, and the double glazing was useless - it felt like you could hear everything outside, especially the freeway at the rear. Lots of rubbish was left all over one area of the car park for most of the day. I left 1 day early and moved to another hotel next. Would not stay again.

Liked: Staff and location was really cool. It also comes with free parking even though it’s not mentioned on booking.
Disliked: Claiming that the room comes with free wifi and providing 0.4 MB/s speed is incorrect. That speed was already considered low 20 years ago, not in 2024.

Disliked: The room was dirty. The bathroom sink had been cut down by about 4 inches on one side and just looked terrible. Not enough towels for two people.
