Disliked: Going in people hanging outside with pitbull dogs, going in the staff was rude didn’t explain how to get to the room didn’t even thank me for choosing the facility. I get the key that was placed on the counter and not in my hand. I head to the room the elevator was smelly the floor the room was on was filthy, dog smells, urine and smoke filled the hallway. Dogs was barking, one room door was kicked in drug smells filled the hallway and the key didn’t work. Immediately headed back down and got a refund! I didn’t sleep there I left. This place is very unsafe and should be taken off the booking site
