Disliked: There was hair behind the faucet in the shower and mold growth above the shower. Also stains on comforter. The smell of the entire facility was bad. I stayed in a WoodSpring at a different location and loved it but will not stay at one in Austin again.

Liked: When I arrived, the staff was very warm and friendly. The room was well worn but clean.
Disliked: The morning before I left, I get a call from the front desk stating that I need to pay for an 8th day since they bill for 7 days at a time. I would also have to pay before 11 am. When I checked in, I expected to be paying for my full stay and not have a night paid separately. Just on the principle alone, I checked out a day early and slept at the airport. Staff should inform guests on the way they bill stays. I wouldn't have had an issue if they were upfront about this. There is nowhere on the Booking.com site that gives this information. I also called the hotel customer service and they were absolutely useless. It's a shame since before this I was going to give them a decent score. I will be contacting Booking.com about this.
