Liked: Great prices and the updated rooms
Disliked: That if I wanted clean towels at 5am I couldn’t get any until 7am for some reason. Also the staff seems to not like working with people each one I saw working was rude in many different ways, and also my room had no phone for some reason and no wash cloths or hand towels only body towels 2 of them and one floor one and nothing for kitchen at all

Liked: We got a key for a room that was taken. While we were there, the staff were talking out loud about how they messed up rooms and payments. Floors were extremely dirty

Liked: Microwave didn’t work.Bathroom door didn’t close, once it did it was stuck and took full body weight against it to get out.
Disliked: Renovation through whole building; would have been nice to know that we would have a hard time get ourselves and luggage inside.

Value for money! Formula 1...

Liked: I was hesitant at first when I read some bad reviews, but never judge a book by its cover! The place is great! Austin has gotten incredibly expensive lately, even more during the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend (which is when I went), and everything is booked or double/treble the price. So, this place was value for money. It was decent in size and comfy. The A/C and heat worked like a charm. I'd stay here again!
