Horrendous. Thank god it was...

Liked: Tried to leave after seeing the rooms and beds. Refused to refund us. I could not nor would I ever recommend this establishment. Nasty.
Disliked: Everything about it.

We were disappointed by our...

Disliked: They were not able to find my reservation when I arrived. I had confirmation from Bookings.com. They put us in a single room, so we had to move to a double room later when one came available, since we had family coming to stay with us. They said they would only charge us for a single room since they messed up. After we left, they charged us extra, even more than our original booking. They have been unresponsive to try to rectify the situation.

Bad

Liked: The staff was super helpful and understanding with the cleaning standards that were not up to par. The front desk staff was able to get us a refund.
Disliked: As soon as we walked in it seemed pleasant but then once we got to the hallway where the room was located it smelled so bad! It had a stench of smoke and diapers. Inside the room there was no pillow cases and there was waste in the toilet.
