Bad place to stay

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Elevator did not work and they put me on the 4th floor. I even informed the staff a had bad knees and back. The bed was hard as a brick. The TV was very small about a 17”

Disliked: Wi-Fi did not work , staff was not present half the time or helpful . Management did not provide any assistance with Wi-Fi issues , even when on the portal it stated they would be able to assist . Fridge looked like it was stained with pee all over it . It smelled horrible. Overpriced for a very bad , small , trashy , and uncomfortable stay. I paid for 3 nights and only managed to stay 1 due to these conditions, would recommend a Motel 8 before EVER the Woodspring Suites. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

It was okay but I...

Liked: Lots of space. We didn't use the shower but it was very clean - it was the nicest one we have seen on our trip across the country. We like being able to walk over to the Golden Corral for dinner.
Disliked: The noise - residents were up late and were loud. The toilet kept running - the float in the tank isn't working right. And the refrigerator runs loudly at night too - it was hard to sleep.

Disliked: The security of the building wasn’t great, one of the side doors near the stairs wouldn’t shut all the way. And in my room the toilet constantly ran all the time.
