Disliked: When we arrived we were told our room was not ready. We waited in the car for over an hour. Went back inside to be told they had to even see if there was an available room when we had booked months in advance. You could hardly tell what anyone was saying because they were like half asleep or something and rude. Then all the sudden before the one girl came back to tell us if there was a room the other girl gave us one which made no sense. We went to see it and it was filthy! Bugs. Floor hadn't been swept. We looked for bed bugs to be safe and the mattress was full of food crumbs and I don't even want to know what else. It was disgusting. It also smelled like old stagnant dirty water in there. We didn't stay.

Liked: I liked that the hotel was tucked away in a secluded quiet area.
Disliked: I didn't like how aggressive the parking lot security was before I even was able to check in. I was being harassed about where to park. I don't like the fact that there were roaches in both of the rooms that was in. I was not a big fan of the fact that they did not have the correct room available that I booked with leading me to sleeping in a less desirable room on the couch because I booked for two separate beds and got one. There was a lot to be desired with this place. The people there the atmosphere. The accommodations. It's a bit of a shame really. They did not act very swiftly when a refund was required due to the conditions.
