Disappointing

Liked: Parking was was great.
Disliked: I've stayed at several hotels around the DMV while traveling but this particular stay was a handful. I checked in for the night by myself but the roaches were all ready in bed with all the lights out. ((NEVER AGAIN))

By far the worst hotel...

Liked: The only thing I liked was that it was very close to the stadium so we could walk to the game.
Disliked: The first room they put us in was absolutely filthy and roach infested with a large hole in the ceiling of the bathroom that was leaking water. We asked to be moved and was treated like we were at fault.The second room was just as filthy and for $488.00 for two nights I expect at least a clean room.

Disliked: Bathrooms was dirty. Furniture was torn and falling apart. Cockroaches on the wall!! Smelled terribly just like weed and cigarettes.

Disliked: The smell in the lobby, there was guests standing in lobby with complaints of their card not working and a ROACH infestation that he had to call and escalate for the manager to handle . I took a moment to say ya know let me see for my self . I entered the room , clean at walk through. When I settled out my bags down and was going to shower . The blinds didn’t fully shut, never the less , bags on the bed. Snacks on the counter , as I exit the shower I see a spec or 4 gathered near the kitchen sink area….. they need to fully exterminate there .

Liked: I reserved this room for my husband and son. they are both die hard redskin fans and this was my husbands first game at home. This location grabbed my attention due to the fact that it's less than a mile to the stadium. I paid double the Normal nightly rate due to there being a home game. The hotel is full of roaches. my husband was told to go look at the room before agreeing to check in and he did this. He said the room looked fine. How was he to know the hotel was infected with roaches? He ordered pizza Saturday night and when him and our son went to get more of the pizza later it had roaches in it. Good grief! how disgusting and embarrassing. I reserved this room so they would be close to the stadium and have a great time. I never dreamed it would be roach infested. When I called the hotel concerning this I was told I was being put thru to customer relations, I was in fact hung up on. so I called back and I was told they have roach problems because their an extended stay hotel. Im asking for a refund do to the fact that this hotel is infested with roaches. So much so that my family's dinner was ruined by roach bugs getting into it. That's honestly just the worst of the worst.I pay $350 for two nights and my family is over come by roach bugs. Your company shouldn't agree to book for this hotel under these circumstances.
