Liked: Location was perfect (directly across the street from TTU). Trip was business & leisure.My room was lovely. Bed was very comfy! Breakfast was delicious & very filling.Dawn, the host made me feel very welcome. Hope to return soon!

Best booking experience I ever...

Liked: Hands down probably the best booking experience I ever had. The location is really close to the Texas Tech campus. The check in instructions were really clear. The hostess is the nicest person and the best cook. She made us breakfast every day. Even the last day, when we told her we would miss it because our flight was too early, she took the time to prepare it in advance and gave it to us the day before, so that we can put it in the microwave and eat it before heading out. Her bread pudding was the best I ever had. We will definitely return back here 😁😁

Liked: Proximity to the Texas Tech campus. Set up of the suite which includes a small kitchen and full washer & dryer. My nieces loved the pool & hot tub. Very friendly owners.
Disliked: Parking was a little challenging with a full sized truck and the sharp angle to pull into the secured parking lot.

A wonderful stay that exceeded...

Liked: The accommodation that we chose was exactly what we needed. It included a kitchen and washer and dryer which was very helpful for this trip. We also enjoyed the pool which was convenient to our location. The large jacuzzi bathtub was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: We liked everything about Woodrow House and hope to return in the future.

Liked: Lovely property, wonderful hosts, great breakfast. My only complaint is that I prefer a chilly environment in which to sleep and we didn’t have control of the room temperature. I didn’t think about this ahead of time when I booked at this bed and breakfast. I slept pretty well and the ceiling fan was helpful.
Disliked: Would have liked the room a little cooler, but the ceiling fan was helpful.
