Escaping Family DV - needed...

Liked: I couldn't make it the Tuesday, the first night I booked because im going through FDV - Family Domestic Violence with my son. I rang to explain what I was going through and explain I couldn't make it but I did not get a refund or offered another night.When I arrived on the Wednesday I arrived late at 10pm because I had no way of escaping the violence.The room they gave me, room 410 was wet and smelt like a wet dog had been living in there.I understand Cyclone Alfred had recently been through the coast but you don't offer a room like that.Id been doing it rough and was looking forward to a shower and clean sheets.I have Bakers Cyst that have ruptured in my knees, both knees and I struggle to walk.While it was fairly close it was not close enough and I am in agony.I.stayed in room 606, it was better than room 410 but I won't be going back again.

Disliked: Road works occurring within the street, not the hotels fault but made it difficult to get in.Parking undercover isn’t included in the cost, but plenty of street parking

Disliked: No door in shower recess. Water tends to splash outside.
