Liked: The hotel was beautiful. My only two negatives would be that the room had a good size fridge but no microwave. The tv didn’t offer many good selections, like free streaming channels or Hallmark.

Lovely hotel with views but...

Liked: The location is wonderful with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. You are paying for location. A lovely walk along the water to the pretty town of Kirkland. Bikes to use. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are extremely comfortable but there are no restaurant/bar at the hotel! Even for the Outside fire pit, you have to go to a restaurant and get a take-away wine container which they won’t do unless you order food. There are restaurants and coffee places in the cul-du sac that the hotel is located on. They do have a fridge in the room and you can ask fora microwave. Seems to me they should advise this on website so you know to stop at grocery store first.

Perfect hotel

Liked: The property was perfect. ALL of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived at 11pm, and we're greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne, then told to go graze in the complimentary "pantry". The panty had snacks of all kinds, sodas, and ice cream. The perfect ending to a long day, cross country trip. They have bicycles and kayaks available for free use. The location was close to downtown Kirkland and the views of Lk Washington were beautiful. You can't go wrong staying there.

I will definitely stay again...
