Superb

Liked: We were very happy about our room. The pub is also close to the underground and we got to places easily. The staff was also very friendly.
Disliked: I think it would be nice if there was also a hairdryer in the room.

Great Location - All in...

Liked: Great location with a really nice pub just below the rooms. But I couldn’t hear anything - very quiet. The Tube Station is just around the corner and a bus stop right outside the door. The food at the pub is great too!
Disliked: The room, especially the bathroom, was really cold. The heater couldn’t keep up. But since I only slept there it was ok.

Disliked: Our room was tiny and cramped

Ok for a short term...

Liked: Location , easy to reach central London with Metro. Bus station right in front of the hotel.Good size room, warm in late October, friendly staff.
Disliked: The matress in King size room was terrible, too soft. Noisy in the evening in some nights as there is a pub downstairs. Walls a bit thin as you can hear when other guests leave or come in their room.

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet was leaking and left huge puddles. They had a private event that we weren’t informed of so there was loud music until 12pm, we were aloud in the pub due to the event so no food or drinks. The kettle had limescale in. Minimal service from staff, I asked for extra towels to mop up the puddles from the toilet, they didn’t bring them so I had to go back and ask again to clean something I shouldn’t have to. Road noise was loud and room was bright at night from no blinds on one window. Overall disappointing. No checkout person to talk to after our stay. I asked for WiFi on check in and told it was in a book which there was no book in the room. The door didn’t shut properly it had to be slammed.
