Nice hotel, but check your...

Liked: Comfy beds, nice lobby with coffee shop and lively bar.
Disliked: We stayed at the Woodlark many times and we love it. BUT on room charges (we got charged twice and never got reimbursed) and responding to messages they can improve.

Poor facilities and indifferent staff.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The faucet in the bathroom broke off and sprayed water everywhere and the staff was pretty indifferent about it; we had to call twice to get someone up to fix it. The next morning the tv could not connect to the internet and it took them almost an hour to reset it. My wife and I had one night away from our family to relax and honestly it was ruined by this hotel.
