Liked: Staff was ok, location is nice and you can easily walk to city Centre.
Disliked: The room is outdated and there is probably some mould. You could smell that immediately when you walk in to the room. The road next to it is busy and very noisy. Also when people are walking upstairs you can hear it. All in all compared to price the experience was clearly not as we expected. Very disappointed.

Disappointing
Liked: The size of the apartment, the location, kitchen facilities, parking. The bathroom had been updated and was great.
Disliked: Musty smell throughout, sofa uncomfortable, the living area and bedrooms need updating : curtains, carpets, drawers in kitchen stuck, needs freshening up, needs new mattreses and double glazing . Housekeeping came every day but due to musty smell and the need to update no amount of cleaning would make bedrooms and living area feel clean.
