Disappointing

Disliked: Didn't arrive till late and enquired about some food. Was told to go to local town which we did, there was no were open bar a take away and we got noting to eat. Very misleading to call somewhere a hotel that doesn't have any food or drink facilities.

A very good situation and...

Liked: The room was very comfortable - spacious and quiet with good parking.
Disliked: The only problem was that the hotel is now self-catering. This wasn't a problem except that the oven wasn't working properly. On the first night this was the case, the receptionist microwaved my meal for me. On the second night, none of the functions were working but given a long day, and a late evening, by the time I discovered this, it was too late to seek help and I did without an evening meal. The food provided for breakfast was generous though.

Great hotel with good facilities

Liked: This was a lovely hotel with excellent facilities. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea and a wide range of breakfast items like croissants, ham, cheeses, jams, cereals, fruit and milk.The beds were very comfortable and there was free parking and WiFi. There was also a bath which seems to be quite unusual in some modern hotels.
Disliked: Nothing
