VERY priced for what you...

Liked: Asked for a double bed before we came there… we got 2 single mattresses tied together.. my partner caught her shoulder between the gap…it was very uncomfortable
Disliked: The room was very good… can’t complain about the size of the room… shame you’ve got to pre book the pool… staff ok…

Liked: Quite clean rooms, friendly staff, has 2 swimming slots which was lovely. Nice and relaxing.
Disliked: There cooking.Had evening meal first night, chicken tikka nasala with rice and naan bread. Naan was over cooked and crispy like a popudum, Curry was very spicy.. Breakfast very overcooked, bacon was crunchy, tinned tomatoes not fresh ones Husbands omelette was overcooked black. It seemed like everything had been cooked a long while in advance and just reheated. Not what I expected from a luxury hotel. Could have gone to witherspoon I. Spalding and got a decent breakfast..

Surprisingly quiet given the location.

Liked: Lovely building, friendly staff, quiet and warm. Worth finding!
Disliked: Quite hard to find because of roadworks. Not the hotel's fault.

Disliked: Tap seized up in bathroom. We got locked in our room due to broken lock.

Disliked: Breakfast items not replenished, e.g orange juice, bread and butter for toast. Would have liked to go in the hot tub.

Liked: lovely place and accommodation, staff was lovely and very helpful
Disliked: we was there for 2 night, the room didn't get cleaned after first night and there was nothing to clean anything your self like a toilet brush or anything the only thing that let the stay down
