Disappointing

Liked: Room itself was nice
Disliked: It's supposed to be a hotel (and a resort), but no Bar, no Restaurant so no food and therefore no breakfast (id booked breakfast). None of this was communicated when I booked and no apology was given for the lack of services (so surely this should not be advertised as a hotel!!). On arrival was just told to pay £100 with no explanation, I explained I had pre paid and was then abruptly told it was a deposit to cover for any breakages, Toilet in the room was not clean and although the bed linen was clean it was shabby and ripped. Considering no bar etc, I did find it very 'penny pinching' to only be left 1 tea bag, 2 sachets of sugar in the room and the mugs didn't look clean so I had to rinse them before using. All in all a real let down and wouldn't stay here again.

Perfect break.

Liked: Nice location, spacious, lovely staff. We'll definitely be returning!!!
Disliked: Uncomfortable sofa and chairs. Single bed too narrow.

Place to relax and enjoy...

Liked: Always welcoming, great facilities and relaxing atmosphere in the park.
Disliked: Everything is always as it’s should be and it’s our favourite place now despite the long drive from Essex!

Needed a quiet getaway

Liked: Well equipped
Disliked: Was not clean under sofas, coffee machine was still full with old coffee, and no filters to make coffee, was disappointed that the steam room was not working

Liked: A beautiful hotel surrounded by beautiful countryside near to the coast. Suberb pool spa and treatments.
Disliked: Unfortunately there was no food available, but a van from the farm shop visited as a back-up.
