The hotel staff didn’t bring...

Liked: The elevator broke Friday morning.

Liked: Comfortable, clean, great location for meeting in Victor like I did. Good food in the restaurant.
Disliked: I came back after a day of meetings, late in the evening to find out that my room was not made up. The next morning upon check out I asked why and they said that I should have asked to have my room made up in the morning when I check in. The problem is that nobody indicated such requirement when I checked in. They said they were sorry about the misunderstanding.

Wonderful Weekend Staycation

Liked: My room had some of the best views. The bed was super cozy.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Underwhelming with very friendly staff

Liked: Beautiful view, good buffet but very expensive
Disliked: Facilities showing their age. Floor was lumpy everywhere. Toilet paper holder was broken. No map of amenities online or in room. Pool was closed and hot tub was dirty.

Liked: I attended an amazingly wonderful murder mystery masquerade dinner. It was so entertaining, the actors were hilarious. After a night cap in the Horizons Lounge, I retired to my room with the most comfy bed and pillows.
