Liked: I loved the pool and hot tub.
Disliked: For $375 a night, I was expecting a nicer room, or a little more upgraded. I stayed there with a friend and all we did was book the room to hang out, watch movies, order in and go swimming. The room wasn't the nicest and our TV didn't work and it wasn't fixed until about 10pm. Also, the breakfast on site (since there's no continental) was $20/person. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. Overall, not worth the things I did enjoy.

Very disappointing!

Liked: The hotel is on top of a hill so the view is beautiful if you have a room facing that way. It's a great location and seems quite popular for weddings and parties. Makes sense, because they have several ballrooms, outdoor wedding space with a gazebo and lake and a big party tent. There were at least two weddings happening when we arrived. The only thing I really liked was the pool! It is big enough to actually swim short laps in and has an actual deep end (8 ft)! It is both indoors and outdoors. Really nice pool! There is also a hot tub and a Sauna in the locker rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a nice, well stocked Wine Bar and Lounge and the Restaurant food was good.
Disliked: DESPERATELY NEEDS RENOVATION!!! Looks great from the outside, NOT clean on the inside!!! There was a spider in our coffee machine, stains on the walls, furniture looked worn. And worst of all, we had hair all over our shower from the previous guest. We complained and were given "free breakfast" for our two day stay. And they promised us a "deep clean" while we went out. Got back and there was STILL hair in the shower!!! It hadn't been cleaned at all!!! We complained again and someone was sent to clean it but there were still strands left which I flushed down the drain. Then when we checked out...we were charged $163 for "breakfast overage" WHAT??? I thought we had been given free breakfast?? "Yes", he replied, "but you went over the allotted amount!" Well, they never told us there was an allotted amount!!! For $163??? We would have been better off at IHOP!!!There are no microwaves in the rooms, so you have to use a communal one downstairs and it was DIRTY!!! as was the shelf it stood on and all the shelves around it. Looked like they had not been dusted in months! The rugs in the elevators and halls are old and smell musty. It just made you feel like you didn't want to touch or lean on anything. And for all that, it is cost so much more than a cheaper chain hotel would have! We were not happy at all!

Liked: Delicious, but took way too long to prepare! I did a breakfast sandwich in the lobby 2 mornings, and got take out regular breakfast in the restaurant on the morning I left. I have no idea why it took close to a half an hour!
Disliked: At check in, 4pm, (although I got there at 4:15) I was told my room wasn't ready because they had a few large groups, and that I should check back in in an hour and a half!!! It completely changed my first night with my family, as I had to go to kill time and revise my plans.
