A very relaxing stay!

Liked: Beautiful property! Spa is gorgeous and grounds are lovely to walk around.

Disliked: the sewage system in the lodge makes a very loud noise when using, especially annoying at night.

Disliked: We booked a doubled room and had twin beds. The room had a very noticeable stench so had to open windows.

Perfect relaxing break

Liked: Perfect relaxing break. We loved the facilities, especially the pool and spa. Ideal for exploring the local area. Great countryside setting. Comfortable bed and room and great breakfast. We stayed two nights and would like to return.
Disliked: Our room was a bit hot and we couldn’t turn down the air con but reception helped straight away with this.

Enjoyable break

Liked: Spa and swimming pool wonderful. Room clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful countryside around.
Disliked: Breakfast expensive £16 and not good value for money, but I think our experience was affected by staff shortages. It would be helpful if the cooked breakfast was either self service kept well stocked or all cooked to order, mixing the two methods didn’t work.
