Liked: The staff were friendly and welcoming - and provided an excellent service. The pool was great. Hotel in a lovely setting with glorious spring flowers growing along the grass banks outside - lovely

Liked: This place was an amazing find! From getting there 1st impressions were 'wow' - staff went above & beyond to be pleasant & helpful, not many hotels treat their guests this way as it was just wonderful - cases carried from the car on arrival as the member of staff came out to the car park as soon as we'd pulled up, welcome drink on arrival, lovely little pack to take away with us containing water/apples & a snack bar - we will definitely be returning - other hotels need to take a look at the way the staff here are 💯 customer focussed!!
