Such a treat!

Liked: Loved the aesthetic, the spaciousness, the comfortableness, and accessibility. Bathroom was wonderful and the coffee machine was amazing. An amazing treat!
Disliked: The coffee machine was leaking but it still worked, so after using it I would empty the water- no biggie!

Pleasant

Disliked: When I got to the hotel, I was very confused about where the main entrance was! To be honest - it took me a long time to figure out where the entrance was. And what is 'forrest something'...? And when I finally realized that this HAS to thos door, I entered a modest hallway where it said 'staff' on a door and there were stairs down and stairs up. Could this be correct? Some small letters on the wall pointed up to the reception. (The elevator didn't work)At the reception I was greeted by a nice guy, but he was impossible to understand. But I got a key to a room but looked for a long time without finding it. I didn't understand what the man said, but I thought I'll probably find the room. But I didn't. After a long, frustrating search, I went back to ask again. Then there was a lady there, and she followed me all the way to the lift. Thanks! Otherwise everything was ok. :)

Clean and comfortable accommodation, a...

Liked: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and looks pretty new. It's located right beside UWA, the Blue house, and it's nearby the Kings park and botanic gardens, so there's nice things to see in the area (if you want a quick outing after checking in). Service staff were polite.
Disliked: The hotel is mainly for sleeping. There's only a restaurant/ bar, a small gym, but no pool or fun facilities. I think the location was also an issue, because we didn't buy public transport cards. We wanted to do the day trip pass, which would let us take unlimited bus/trains/ferry throughout the day. Unfortunately we couldn't do this because we could only purchase them at train stations, of which, there were none nearby.Checking in was a bit complicated. Since the hotel shares a building with residences, there's no official parking lot where we can park the car while we check in and unload. We were advised to park along the road across the hotel for long term parking, but thankfully we only had the car for a day.The housekeeping and amenities given were limited. There were nice teas and nescafe coffee pods (with 1x tiny milk carton), a bottle of drinking water, and the usual amenities (cotton pad, 2x cotton bud, 1x sanitary bag, soaps and lotions). But the housekeeping took our rubbish bin + plastic bag with them. No additional drinking water or restock of amenities. We ended up buying + using our own plastic bag for rubbish. The fridge is quite odd too. It kept our items cool, but not cold. Ended up spoiling a 1L bottle of milk we just bought the day before.
