Liked: the hotel was lovely, modern, clean, great location
Disliked: they have two buildings on opposite sides of a busy main road. They send you the key code and number of your room to you to check in. They also tell you which building you are in. I didn't get the message because we were hiking in glacier national park (no reception) so we arrived late at night at the wrong building. The lady at the desk seemed very stressed and she wasn't very helpful. After a long day, arriving, unloading bags etc only to have to reload them and move across the street etc - it just wasn't great. maybe letting people know the building they are in with a bit more notice - im not sure? It was a little thing but when you are tired these things can irritate you.

Liked: I liked that they went the little extra and left snacks in a basket for you. Also, they had ear plugs for when you slept. Also, I had a device for when you sleep if you need to listen to noise while sleeping. Sleep sounds from birds to water to many other noises.I especially liked that you have a code to get in your room instead of a key. Even if you check in Kate and no one is at the desk, they send you code to get in
