Spacious, clean, family-friendly hotel with...

Liked: This hotel was perfect for families! The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, which added a fun touch to their stay. The room was spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax, and it was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic as well, with a great variety of options that catered to both adults and kids. On top of that, it offered excellent value for money, especially for a family trip. It made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable.
Disliked: Honestly, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and we had a great stay.

Liked: We loved the location-very close to the main train station, and walking distance to grocery shopping and tourist attractions.
Disliked: The only English-speaking channel available to watch was a very gross political channel. It would have been nice to have something entertaining for English-speaking children to watch

Liked: Good location, clean room, lovely staff
Disliked: Noisy as by the train station, very hot in the room, TV remote didn't work, bathroom could do with renovation

Disappointing

Disliked: When I arrived early at the hotel to store my luggage, I confirmed the check-in time with the front desk, and they informed me that the room would be ready by 4 PM. However, when I returned at 4 PM, the front desk said the room was still not prepared. After waiting in the lobby for quite some time, I finally checked in after 5 PM, only to find that the room was a six-bed bunk room with only one bed made up (I had booked a double room for single occupancy). It would have been more considerate if the front desk had communicated this in advance, as a six-bed room feels more like a hostel, which was quite different from the double room I had reserved. Additionally, the room’s cleanliness was lacking. Overall, the check-in experience was very disappointing.

Very basic but new hotel....

Liked: New hotel, modern and updated. Nice staff and big supermarket 4 minutes walk. The manager was kind enough to checkin us around 11 am which was good
Disliked: Unless you actually walk 10km(6 miles) in your normal life, this hotel is NOT a walking distance to the city center and touristic attractions of Salzburg. Is a walking distance to the train station, which you WILL hear, from your window. Most attractions you need to walk to and walk inside(museum, fortress) so walk from your hotel to the actual place and back will add at least 5km to your daily walks. This hotel very basic. No kettle, therefore no mugs or cutlery, no place for clothes or luggage and the tv is small and does not connect with Apple products. The shower box area is very dark and there is no shelf to put your toiletries so it all goes in the floor.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was big and really very comfortable. It was quite close to the Hbf - main train station in Salzburg. It is very convenient for taking buses and trains. There are many shopping centers and food stores and restaurants nearby

A room for a single...

Liked: Clean rooms. A very good location just 5 min away from the main train station. A nice leasure area with a canteen.
Disliked: Everyday I could not open the door so I had to ask to clear my door card each time I wanted to go inside my room.
