Gross, bugs friendly employees

Liked: The employees where very nice and accommodating
Disliked: The first room I checked in to there was bed bugs in the sheets the walls where dim and gross and the room smelled like mildew front desk “upgraded” my room to a king but it was at the front of the property road was very loud pipes where very loud heat wasn’t really heating and no there wasn’t bugs but the sheets still where not very clean it’s cheat so you get what you get from the price

Disliked: Heat did not work in the room super cold the sheets were thin, pillows if you can call them that were maybe an inch thick and really no blankets besides the very thin comforter that had holes in it, had to sleep with our winter jackets on and was still cold (at home I normally drop my heat to 64 so it must of been cold). Beds were hard and the springs made a ton of noise if you moved at all. Paint was peeling. No shower curtain, so the water got all over the bathroom, floor was dirty, the towels were small postage stamp size needed an extra to put on the floor so you didn't slip and fall on all the water. Took a shower just to warm up, did have hot water, thankfully I brough my own hair dryer, however the outlet by the bathroom mirror did not work. The mini fridge in the room the freezer looked like a pop exploded and was never cleaned. Requested non-smoking room found a cigarette in the room although it was new, found a very used tooth bush laying by the bed, the staff did grab both for us. I would have left if I had not already paid online and it was super late when we checked in, we just needed a few hours of sleep. By far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Will never stay here again.
