THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!!!

Disliked: Enter room within 1 minute found bed bugs and stained sheets as well as a filthy bathroomStaff moved us to a new room where it was painfully clear they didn't clean nor change the sheets or even make the bed ... he'll the TV was still on from the previous guests stay along with filthy sheets and animal droppings we found in the new room. We refused to stay the night and are trying to get our cash back from booking.com

Liked: The location and price. That's it!
Disliked: My entire stay for a month was absolutely horrific. The room was so nasty that i had to go buy cleaning supplies just so i could clean it myself. My feet would be dirtier after a shower than they were before from walking on the floor. The sheets had stains on them. The comforter had blood stains on it.The first room I was in had bed bugs and the heater didn't work and it was in the middle of winter. The floors are ceramic tile so I bought a welcome mat to wipe my feet on from the snow and ice and they stole it. Why, I have no idea.The girl that works the front desk was absolutely the rudest and laziest employee I have ever had to deal with. Just disrespectful for no reason. The guy that works the front desk in the evenings is this places saving grace. Everyone else was absolutely unprofessional, rude, thieves, and just outright bad for business and should be fired! Will never stay there again!
