Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for people with cars. The tram stop is situated very close, less than 5 minutes away. The room was spacious. The breakfast was superb.
Disliked: It is located a bit far from the city centre but the tram runs every 10 minutes

Disliked: Room was small and slant low ceiling above the bed (because of economic room)We booked a twin bed room but a doubled bed was prepared. I asked to change but they explained they cannot do it because the room is economic and its bed size is not available to split. And they explained the miscommunication problem between the hotel and booking company. If a twin bed room is not available, We would have chosen another hotel. No coffee pot, no compliment water, no refrigerator.
