A perfect escape to a...

Liked: Charming hotel in every way! We loved our room and having the sitting area and mini kitchen was incredible. It had everything we needed. We had an incredible dinner and oyster happy hour! The location is perfect for accessing all things in town. We found the staff charming and professional. We will be back.
Disliked: We needed a makeup mirror with lights. Room is dark and hard to put on makeup. Need extra mirror outside bathroom as we had three people. Staff cleaned room and removed the clever black wash cloths and not returned. Would be great to provide bottled water. Fan in living room seems only to have on/off and nothing in between.

Terribile

Disliked: It was the worst I have ever seen, very noisy and the floors were so dirty and noisy, this should have been 60/70 dollars for a night not over $300. Very disappointed, this was for our 48 years anniversary. I was very embarrassed to bring my wife in a such a dump. No parking

Liked: Loved the room and the location from the town and the train.
Disliked: We were not able to check out late and the walls were very thin

Disliked: The room was very small and the bathroom was extremely cramped.

Absolutely rip-off!

Liked: The bed was decent.
Disliked: Highly overpriced. Horrible location, loud train and street noise. One teeny, tiny ceiling light in bathroom, husband didn’t even have adequate light to shave. Tub and shower are ancient. Three floors up that included narrow and dangerous stairs. No breakfast provided. Traveled 10 countries in 2024, this was the biggest disappointment for a room at nearly $400 per night. Added photos to show bathroom situation; the one tiny ceiling light in the bathroom, must think the teeny tiny window above the mirror will provide adequate lighting. We didn’t even attempt to use the shower/bathtub.

Nice town and very nice...

Liked: Lots of stairs but we had a very nice suite. The website needs to let people know that the restaurant is closed.
Disliked: The stairs

Overpriced room.

Liked: Loved the balcony; comfortable bed
Disliked: No way to adjust the room temperature ourselves. No exhaust fan in the bath. No non-feather bedding options. Very small room. Neighborhood was sketchy & it wasn’t directly in the downtown area with all the shops & restaurants; that was a 5-min walk away.
