Would stay again. Very friendly...

Liked: Location, homely, friendly staff, clean, comfy bed.
Disliked: No shower cap and lack of toiletries. Park is tight.

Good as usual

Liked: Room, Service and location.
Disliked: Parking is very tight there and they keep one parking space right at the entry of the car park which makes it just that little bit more difficult.

Lovely

Liked: We really liked the decor in the property and the family room was very spacious! The young girl on shift in the bar last night was so lovely and really made us feel welcome!

Good value, quiet and central

Liked: My usual go-to hotel for Oakham. Convenient, quiet and usually busy (but not this time). Decent sized single room, usual facilities and a good cooked breakfast choice. Much better value than some of the boutique places in town.
Disliked: The heating in the room was off - so used the oil heater provided. Bathroom was freezing! I guess they're trying to save money?
