Bad

One night might be fine...

Liked: That it was right across the street from my residence. I had pneumonia and four guests arriving from Canada and I needed to rest to get better.
Disliked: I live across the street. I've lived in Florida for past 6 years. I stayed at kimpton shorebreak down the street when my elevator was being repaired for a week. I loved it. 188 for the night and one week rooftop breakfast clean nice robe bed was very very comfortable. Microwave and small refrigerator. There was sitting in the room. The very first room I saw here you couldn't even sit. The bed took up the whole space. Since I travel with my standard poodle I need to something where I could sit and not just lay down as you'd be quite sore and stiff. Floors are very old very dirty bathroom very small curtains are just hanging by dust. The windows are slats not closed windows. So the desk from the garbage bend etc comes right through. Humidity. The one good thing it has two good fans cooling systems. Almost limping because the couch in bed are so hard. That is not so bad that when I went to booking it was 4,000. Then I went into the office I was charged $10,000 for 24 days. Andrew the manager also had to have my friend I live where the cross the street verify who I am when I walk through here all the time if I own these places I would definitely fix this. Thank you I am a very clean clean clean Dutch woman and I cleaned this place from top to bottom plus the mold in the closet. All my clothes smell like mold. I could have stayed at the Paramount with the two bedroom two bath for less. Because I had pneumonia I needed something very close. And I had four guests from Canada and I didn't want to get everyone sick. But $10,000???

Playing in the pool and...

Liked: Very quaint and sweet. Had multiple pools and grills available. Outdoor area was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Did not want a big hotel but a sweet little getaway.
Disliked: Might be hard if you have difficulty with stairs. Our rooms were on the second level with spiral stairways. A little difficult with luggage.
