It was awful.We can’twait to...
Liked: It’s on the water
Disliked: This is the worst hotel. My husband and I tried this hotel we frequent Clearwater. Never ever again. Our first night we were right next to the elevator, parking garage, pool and entrance. We did get “upgraded” moved to another room but this room was so run down and there were cockroaches!!!! Worst stay ever just the worst. Totally ruined our entire vacation. We tried to stay somewhere else didn’t care about losing the money but there was nothing available last minute. Please spend the extra money to not stay here. The one elevator is going to break soon my husband can hear the ball bearings in the one down the hall. The people are so rude too. The one woman Tiffany is so rude, the people that are there they don’t say hello nothing. Terrible hotel. It’s dirty, things are broken all over, it smells terrible. There’s a door that doesn’t shut so safety isn’t great either. We can’t wait to leave. Just totally ruined our vacation.

Perfect.
Liked: Hotel was in a great location! You can walk to many great restaurants and bars! The private beach was gorgeous and clean. The bartender makes an awesome grand margarita! No college kids. Families and older adults. The staff was friendly and gave us whatever we needed. Only 20 minutes to BayCare Ballpark if you like the Phillies.
Disliked: It was all good!

Didn’t happen!
Disliked: We made our reservation months before. We requested a room the same as the one we had the year before. I called again at least 6 weeks prior to our visit to again be sure that our room faced the bay. I was told then that they had us in a room that had a balcony but didn’t face the bay. I was told that they would move our reservation to the 4th floor where we would be able to have a room facing the bay. When my husband checked in the room did have a balcony but it faced the Hampton Inn. My husband was upset due to I my previous conversations with the hotel. He was told that nothing could be done to “take it or leave it”. We chose to leave it. Very poor customer service!! We were very excited about our trip as we enjoyed it very much last year!!

Liked: Accessible to various different food options! Right on the beach and great customer service!
Disliked: The bar by the beach was under construction making it hard to get drinks. But obviously they are working hard to get that fixed!
