Old hotel in need of...

Disliked: The bed was like sleeping in a hammock. The restaurant was over priced for the service. There were four in our party for breakfast and my waffle was finally given to me when the other 3 finished their meals. A waffle should't be that difficult to make! Our second morning for breakfast, there were 3 items we ordered that were never given to us.
