Okay stay in the heart...

Liked: You can hear everything in the rooms from the hallways. Unfortunately the night we stayed a middle school boys lacrosse team was there and decided to play ball in the hallway late at night. The bed was okay, not very comfortable.

Overall I love this location...

Liked: I loved how clean and comfortable our room was!
Disliked: The Elevator services all weekend were awful.. We were on the 11th floor and had to take the steps with luggage including our daughter's dance gear.. it made for an even longer experience...

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: Ice makers were not working on the 14th, 12, 11th floors. The12th floor the covers were off and exposing live wiring. A safety hazard and the machine was not working. I ended up going down to the restaurant. Room 1405 is noisy due to the elevators.
