Will I stay there again?...

Liked: Breakfast was sad. Nothing much to choose from
Disliked: The plugs in bathroom didn’t work, the tub had some kind of bubble where you stand in to shower. The AC didn’t cool. Thank goodness I brought my fan. It was an ok stay. Will I stay there again? Probably not. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Liked: Location, and Tiffany at the front desk was Very Sweet and Helpful.
Disliked: Our toilet didn't have good pressure, so we had to continue to flush

Very dissappointed for what we...

Liked: The manager was helpful in the end. I liked the closeness to my Mother's dr. appointments. There was quite a few nice restraunts nearby. The interior when we walked in to check in was beautiful.
Disliked: Most of the staff were not very helpful. I had to pay an additional $100. deposit when I checked in that I was not notified of origianly (we did get it back very quickly). The hallways smelled very musty. We had requested a handicap accessible room - it was semi accessible. Mom was unable to use the shower because she had nothing to sit on in the shower. The fridge wasn't cooling very well ( i ended up having to put the bag provided for the ice bucket full of ice in the mini fridge to keep my food cold.) When we tried to use the microwave 2x, there was a smoke or a steam coming out of the holes where the light is in the microwave. We were afraid to use it again. We notified the front desk of the frige and the microwave. I had asked that no one enter the unit while we were out at Mom's appointments. When we returned, I called and notified the front desk that I was back and one first thing that I was told was that "management had looked at the fridge and that was a cold as it would get!" The breakfast was not very good - not fruit or milk available.
