Disliked: Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Nobody told us what was going on. Don't know if there was a fire or not. No communication from employees.

Very enjoyable stay.

Liked: Very friendly staff! Nice breakfast and amenities. Very spacious and stylish rooms.
Disliked: The bathtub didn’t drain unless I manually pulled the drain. I also didn’t like that conditioner was not offered. Only shampoo and shampoo/conditioner in one.

Liked: The property is in a great location, easy access and parking.Outstanding breakfast, great checkout time, pool area is clean and fantastic for families (+ so helpful providing pool towels and having clean and spacious bathrooms).Bedrooms were clean and good amount of towels too.

Disliked: Coming inside I didn't get a greeting from the staff. Breakfast was not that good. The room we got the mattresses were old, they would sink in and I could feel the innerspring. The pullout couch mattress was trash And the sheets were dirty!! The bathroom toilet seat was loose.. I could even hear from another room the shower water running. Was pricey and not worth the money to stay. 2.5/10
