Liked: Let Me say this Me and My wife we were 200% satisfied the Bed the sheets the room the special touch from the cleaning lady with the name of my Wife the Bathroom the guy in the Desk what a great place to stay.

This was my second time...

Liked: I had a horrible experience with the front desk, and the customer service was terrible. After I checked out, the manager called me and told me I would get one night refund for our experience, and that was over a month ago and haven't received the refund. One of the elevators was broken as well.
