Disliked: tv did not work. bathroom door didn’t close. said they would credit 10 for no tv. we said no and they moved us to another room

Liked: Water was hot. Looked nice on the outside, very deceiving.
Disliked: Cockroach found on our bedding, alive. Toilet disgusting. Tub didn't drain. Smelled of clorox, had to keep door closed from the fumes. TV, the picture had lines going through it. Didn't have breakfast ready. Microwave had missing round glass stabilizer so when heating water spilled because it tipped over.

The pool was not enjoyable,...

Liked: The pool was disappointing. It was indoor, but the area was very disgusting. There was tons of loose hair around the pool, pizza crust, and towels everywhere in the pool area. The pool was also too cold to enjoy, which was shocking it being indoors. Upon arrival, we also had to request a remote, and the t.v was also completely disconnected. Upon request, the staff brought one up right away.

Liked: The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including comfortable bedding.
