Liked: The room was spacious, bigger than I expected. I requested connecting rooms so it worked out well.
Disliked: I requested a broom and dust pan/vacuum due to a mess my toddler made (spilled popcorn). I was informed that they could not release either broom or vacuum to the residents and would have to come up and clean it themself. They never showed up. Once I went back down stairs I reminded them that I still needed to have my floor cleaned and they indicated forgetting. They never showed until the following day when housekeeping came to check on what was needed to tidy the room.

The hotel needs a better...

Liked: The property has potential since a lot of things are up to date.
Disliked: The cleanliness was very poor. Hair everywhere, sheets dingy. The moved us from one room to another due to red stains and hair on sheets. The second room also had a stain on the sheets and hair all in bed and bathroom floor. They came to change sheets but left all the hair in bathroom. When we told them no one got it we were given a broom. After showering we found a micro size red bug in bed. Checked the whole bed and didn’t see anymore.
