Liked: They refused to rent to me because I lived with 35 mikes of their hotel then said I have to go through booking.com to get my money back and I’m still waiting fit my refund
Disliked: Horrible customer service and policy and still waiting on my refund

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: The smell in the sink in our room. It smelled like sewage, the windows were foggy due to broken sill. The screens were busted, the elevator was scary. The wall paper was peeling in the eating area.
