Disliked: The pets and our room was by the elevator so was woke up a couple of times

Nothing but problems the first...

Liked: This was our first New Year’s Eve together and we checked in for two nights. We had nothing but issues the first night when it was brought to management‘s attention they said there was nothing they could do. We ended up packing up our stuff to switch rooms and then unpacking our stuff because the other hot plate didn’t work so then we stayed in the one roomand then I went to go use the microwave and electric in the bathroom and kitchen completely went out my husband had to go downstairs twice to get different room keys. We were not given pots and pans till the next day so we couldn’t cook for two days. It was nothing but issues and when it was brought to management management attention, they really did not care.
Disliked: When you pay for two nights stay and have nothing but issues and the only thing they can do is give you $20 refund when your stay was well over $200

Quiet. Housekeeping shortcomings as listed...

Liked: Very fast and uncomplicated check-in.Elevator very close to desk, and our room right outside the elevator on our floor.No noisy neighbors.
Disliked: I was one of the first for the complimentary breakfast. There was no AJ in the dispenser. There was no milk out for those who wanted cereal.No trash bags in the waste cans in our room.Less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper in our bathroom and no extra roll available.No in-room information of the hotel or local attractions, restaurants, etc. Never been in a hotel / motel where a room didn't have any information regarding the property or local surroundings.

Liked: Courteous staff and right off the interstate , so easy to get in and out of .
Disliked: Breakfast choice is limited

Bad

Disliked: The toilet was broken. Not sure how the house keeper didn't know, unless they didn't clean the toilet. The room was hot and cold in areas.
