Always satisfied with stays at Hampton Inns.

Liked: Swimming pool; clean rooms.
Disliked: It wasn't necessarily about the hotel but there was nothing around the hotel to do.

Was late for breakfast and a staff member got food for me. Needed a ride to and from First Niagra and was helped with that as well. Room was very clean both days and the location to nearby dining was great!

Disliked: No hot tub.

Conveniently located near Franciscan University

Liked: The location is conveniently located across from Franciscan University. The reception desk and breakfast kitchen staff were very pleasant. Breakfast included a variety of hot and cold food items.

Liked: I love when I get in late afternoon and there is coffee and hot water available along with fruit and cereal
Disliked: I was not happy that the body wash did not work in the shower. I was not happy that the shampoo and conditioner had dried drips down the side.
