The staff was beyond friendly and helpful - I really enjoyed that. The pictures do not do the hotel justice. It's way nicer than the photos online.

Liked: I did not know it was under renovation. So the view was plastic. The shower was cold. Stayed 2 nights and my room never got cleaned or offered any supplies. Not to mention room next to laundry room so rest and relaxation was not an option

Never, ever stay here!

Liked: The staff, for the most part, were attentive. The coffee was good.
Disliked: Everything! “The hotel” was not what we have come to expect from Wyndham. It was like something from a very bad movie. The room was so bad, so dirty. There was a chair in the room that looked like it was part of a set about ghouls, filthy! Filthy! I was on my way down to the front desk to get them to cancel my reservation so that we could go elsewhere. There was a young man there with a group of 10, who was going to the desk to get detergent so that he could wash his clothes and change hotels because of bedbugs. You can’t make this stuff up. We wound up in another room that was better, but not by much. We only stayed because our room was booked thru a third party and, according to your front desk, changes could not be made by the hotel. Afraid to walk on the carpet without shoes or take a shower. This place was horrendous. And I am being kind. $500 for an experience in the worse hotel ever!!!
