The staff was beyond friendly and helpful - I really enjoyed that. The pictures do not do the hotel justice. It's way nicer than the photos online.

Disliked: Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We were there a little earlier than check in time (3pm) but weee told to come back around 3:30 - which is 30 mins after check in. Additionally, the water wasn’t very warm. So our showers were very quick and we could not have stayed in there long enough to wash our hair if we wanted to.

Great customer service but hotel...

Liked: Todd during breakfast great encouraging and joyful customer service. The lady that work the front desk at night is wonderful! Staff overall was very pleasant! The hotel is mediocre. If it wasn't for the customer service I wouldn't return.
Disliked: The hotel needs upgrades but most of all cleaning could be better and fresh smell. Maybe look into something to make the hotel smell nice, inviting and welcoming.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The 24-hour access to the fitness center worked perfectly for my needs.
Disliked: The water pressure and temperature in the shower was low.

Liked: I liked that they offered free breakfast. The staff was very friendly
Disliked: The sausage and eggs were cold and were not well-stocked. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were not of great quality. This made it hard to get comfortable when trying to sleep. The staff should probably let guests know at the time of check-in that there is a master switch to get power in the bathroom and entryway to avoid having to call the front desk. There were dirty towels and trash left in the hallway during my entire stay. I saw staff walk past it and did not do anything about it.

Disliked: Beds smelled like body odor. I ended up switching rooms after the first night. My key stopped working and I couldn't get back into my room. The woman working went above and beyond to try and get the door open. She gave me another room and I had to wait for maintenance to come in before I could get my things. She said I could stay in whichever room I wanted. I told her about the smell in the other room and decided to stay in the new room. Showered, clean pajamas, etc and had the same problem with this bed/bedding. The smell was so bad when I woke up both times that I put my night clothes in a plastic bag and carried them out to the car separately from my luggage. As soon as I get home they're going in the wash on an extra long cycle.In case anyone was wondering if it was me smelling I slept in a different hotel the next night and didn't have this issue. LolI don't know if the bed linens needed cleaning/ changed or if the mattress itself needs replacement. I'm leaning towards the mattresses
