I would stay there again!

Liked: Everything was great but the hot tub was broken the 2 days we were there which was a bummer cause my kids wanted to hot tub

Liked: The hotel itself was fine but the hospitality was definitely lacking. Our king sized bed had 4 decorative sized pillows on it when we arrived. We had to request regular sized pillows. They ended up bringing them but when they arrived they had no pillow cases. The pillows they brought were literally the thickest most lumpy pillows I have ever used. I'm pregnant so it made my stay extremely uncomfortable. There were no linens at all on the pull out sofa bed (which was nasty and stained) and no extra linens anywhere in the room. We had to request these as well including extra blankets. We had put in an advanced request for a pack'n play which was supposed to be in our room when we arrived and this was also neglected. We had to call down and have it brought up. We intentionally got a suite with a kitchenette so we could do some eating at the hotel and this was also lacking. There were no silverware napkins salt/pepper or any type of stocking of the kitchen area with things you would need. The maid service basically just emptied the trash they didn't make the beds until we asked, didn't vacuum or wipe off the dining table or counters. We stayed for 4 nights with a child so this mattered. It's also part of what's nice about staying in a hotel. The room itself was a nice size, the mattress was comfortable, and it's located right near freeway access. I have never left a negative review of a hotel before but they just didn't seem like they were trying at all. We will definitely choose one of the many other options available in St. George next time we come this way.
